Assemble three decadent layers of cake, generously frosted with rich chocolate between each layer and around the exterior.
Step 2/3
In a bowl, combine fluffy Marchhmallow fluff with Rice Krispies cereal, shaping the mixture into a dragon's mouth. Cover the two mouth sections with smooth fondant, securing them to the cake with skewers. Paint the inside of the mouth with red food coloring and place a sparkler inside.
Step 3/3
Craft teeth from fondant and fashion eyes using fondant and food coloring. Adorn the dragon with buttercream designs, adding pretzel horns atop its head, coated in buttercream. Light the sparkler, serve and enjoy!
