Take 2 small bowls and brush with melted white chocolate. Allow to set. Coat the bowls with dulcey chocolate. Place in freezer.
Step 2/3
Place cling wrap on a turntable and create a ring with white and dark chocolate. Place in freezer.
Step 3/3
Whip the heavy cream with roasted apple, roasted peaches and crushed speculoos. Pipe the whipped cream into the chocolate bowls. Create a sphere with two bowls and the ring in the middle. Serve and enjoy!
