Step 1/2
Create a circular mold using foil and place skewers upright around the circumference. Pipe meringue around the skewers in a continuous circular pattern. Bake the meringue until firm and lightly golden.
Step 2/2
Once done, remove the foil and skewers, then carefully transfer the pavlova to a serving plate. Fill the center with whipped cream and lemon curd. Garnish with lemon slices and top with a festive balloon decoration. Serve and enjoy!
