Step 1/3
In a bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, nutmeg and salt. Whisk to combine. Add water, eggs and oil. Mix until combined. Pour in a greased pyrex dish and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 2/3
Hollow out a pumpkin and add spiced rum, coffee liqueur, starbucks latte and mix. Add dry ice.
Step 3/3
Cut 3 holes in the cake and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin spice. Remove the cakes from the glasses and cover with dark chocolate. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy!
