Step 1/3
Place the sandwich bread, the slices of emmental cheese and the slices of ham side by side in rows. Cut the sandwich bread, the emmental cheese and the ham into three strips using the pizza cutters. On the first row of sandwich bread place the strips of emmental then on the second the strips of ham. Separate the white and the yolk of the eggs each in a pipette.
Step 2/3
Place the mashed potato in a ziplock bag, make an incision at the lower end then form circles of mashed potato on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Fry the rings of mashed potato in hot oil. Butter the grill then cook the sandwich strips on each side. Set them aside once cooked. Place a rectangle of grated mozzarella on the griddle, place a skewer in the center then a sandwich strip on top. Pour the white and the yolk in a continuous pattern on the plancha then wrap the sandwich strips in the omelet. Repeat the process for all.
Step 3/3
Serve the sandwiches with the fried mashed potato rings. Add some ketchup and enjoy!
