1 cup grated cheddar
2 1/2 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Chefclub Pizza Spice Mix
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
15 slices mozzarella
25 slices pepperoni

Step 1/2
Cook the chopped onion and green peppers in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, then place in a square casserole dish. Crush the chips in their bag and add in the eggs, milk, grated cheddar, ground beef, and pizza spice mix. Mix well, then place on a large sheet of parchment paper. Place a second sheet of parchment paper on top and spread the meat out into one thin layer. Cut the sheet in half and roll up the meat so that you have two rolls. Cut each roll in half lengthwise, place in the pan with the sauteed onion and green bell peppers, and form into a smooth log.

Mix the pizza sauce with the dark brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce, then pour on top of the beef logs, spreading it our evenly with a brush. Place 3 mozzarella slices between each log, followed by 5 pepperoni. Next, bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve. Enjoy!
