Flatten breakfast sausage on a tortilla and cook in a pan until browned.
Step 2/2
Top with bell peppers, onions, and cheddar, then roll up and wrap in bacon slices. Dip in garlic butter and place in a baking dish. Add cheese slices on top and bake until crispy. Finish with pickled onions, scallions, and a drizzle of mayonnaise. Serve and enjoy!
