Step 1/2
Remove the tops of the onions and hollow out the centers. Layer brisket slices with mozzarella, BBQ sauce, and jalapenos, then roll them up. Stuff the rolls into the onions and replace the tops.
Step 2/2
Coat each onion in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown, then drizzle with BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Use a blowtorch to caramelize the sugar, sprinkle with chives, and serve with ranch and more BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
