4 bananas

1/3 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
7 oz dark chocolate
1 baking tray

Step 1/3
Cut a large rectangle from the top of the brioche and compress the inside to the bottom, to form a large hollow. Cut the bananas into 3/4" long pieces and arrange them in the hollow.
Step 2/3
Combine the eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, and melted chocolate, reserving 8 squares. Pour this mixture over the bananas in the hollow and place the chocolate squares on top.
Step 3/3
Place the brioche on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover the outside of the brioche with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 325 °F. Remove the foil, slice, and enjoy!
