Step 1/3
Bake a batch of cookies, making one cookie significantly larger than the others. Also, bake the brownies until fully cooked.
Step 2/3
Place the brownie in the bottom of a pie tin. Place the large cookie on top of the brownie. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans.
Step 3/3
Crush some of the smaller cookies and mix them into chocolate whipped cream. Spread this mixture over the layered cookie and brownie. Pipe whipped cream on top, and garnish with more cookies. Serve and enjoy!
