20 bacon

Step 1/2
1 Remove the skin and the center of the pineapple. Wrap the pineapple in pizza dough, then stuff the center with cheese, place the top back on a secure it with toothpicks. Bake at 350 °F for 10 minutes or until the pizza-dough is just starting to brown.
Step 2/2
2 Remove the pineapple from the oven and wrap in bacon. Place it back in the oven and cook until the bacon is completely cooked, another 10-20 minutes, depending on oven and thickness of bacon. Remove the top and the toothpicks, then cut into slices and serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
