Start by layering cakee and ice creaam. Create a cavity in the center and carefully insert a balloon filled with red food coloring. Cover the entire cake with white buttercream and place in the freezer to set.
Step 2/3
Use red candy melts to create bloody handprints on the surface of the cake. Break isomalt into shards to mimic broken glass and carefully arrange the pieces on top of the cake.
Step 3/3
Carefully stab a knife into the center of the cake where the balloon is hidden. Serve and enjoy!
