Roll out pizza dough into a square and sprinkle with cheese. Cut the dough into strips and wrap each strip around hollowed-out jalapeño peppers.
Step 2/2
Stand the peppers upright in a cast iron skillet. Fill each pepper with a creamy cheese filling, then brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake until golden, serve and enjoy!
