Ingredients for 3 people

1,5 flour

3,5 baking powder

salt

pepper

1 sugar

1,25 milk

7 egg

3 butter

10 bacon

0,5 onion

2 diced tomatoes

1 green bell peppers

6 chives

3 cheddar cheese

1 mozzarella

0,5 avocado

1 hot sauce

1 chefclub vegetable mix

Step 1/2

Dice tomatoes, onions and green peppers and cook on the plancha. Season with salt, pepper and Chefclub vegetable mix. Make a circle in the middle and add 6 eggs. Scramble the eggs and mix everything. Set aside. Max pancake batter by mixing flour, reMayning eggs, baking powder, sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Reserve.

Step 2/2

Cut bacon into small pieces and place on grill in a circular form. Add pancake batter on top of bacon. Add cheese to the side of the pancake. Place scrambled egg mixture on top of the pancake, avocado and hot sauce. Fold pancake to enclose everything. Flip to cook on other side. Serve and enjoy!
