Dip brioche bread in a mixture of garlic-infused butter. Place cheddar and mozzarella slices on top, followed by a drizzle of extra garlic butter and sprinkle with chives. Lay the ribs over the bread, adding an additional drizzle of BBQ sauce. Add caramelized onions and bake until the cheese has melted.

Sprinkle the ribs with slices of jalapenos, close the sandwich, remove the bones and enjoy!
