0,5 stick of butter, melted
2 dark chocolate, plus more for shaving
1 heavy whipping cream
2 cream cheese
1 white chocolate bar for shaving

Step 1/3
Make the crust: Melt the butter, then crush 2 1/2 cups of Kit Kat® in a Ziploc bag. Then mix the Kit Kat® powder with the melted butter and spread the mixture on the bottom of the buttered cake pan. Arrange the rest of the Kit Kats® vertically around the edge of the pan to create the edges of the cake.
Step 2/3
Make the mousse: Melt 2 cups of dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Whip the cold cream with a hand mixer and then add the cream cheese without stopping whisking until you obtain a creamy mousse. Gently stir the melted chocolate into the whipped mixture.
Step 3/3
Assembly of the cake: Spread and smooth the chocolate mousse on the cake crust and chill for 3 hours in the refrigerator. With the tip of a knife, make white and dark chocolate shavings and then unmould the cake. Decorate the cake with the chocolate shavings and the malt balls. Enjoy fresh.
