Step 1/4
Mix the crushed cookies and the caramelized white chocolate.
Step 2/4
Cut the grapefruit in 2 and caramelize it with sugar and the blowtorch. Remove the caramel and cut a slice. Remove the inside of the grapefruit and add the cookie mixture.
Step 3/4
Add a scoop of coconut ice cream coated with shredded coconut.
Step 4/4
Take the grapefruit and roast it in the oven. Add on top of the ice cream as well the caramel. Serve and enjoy!
