Step 1/3
Using a ramekin, cut 8 discs about 4 inches in diameter out of the pizza doughs. Distribute the cheddar cheese and the chopped jalapeños onto 4 of the discs, then cover them with the 4 other ones. Seal them well, then put them on a parchment-lined sheet pan, paint with egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and bake for 15 minutes at 325 °F.

Mix the ground beef, minced onion and chopped parsley, then season with salt and pepper and form 2 balls. Make 2 bacon weaves, 3-slices by 3-slices, and place the meat balls on top. Fold up the bacon to wrap the balls and cook in a skillet, turning regularly so that the bacon is cooked.
Step 3/3
Build your burger. Bread, ketchup, mustard, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf, the meat, 2 red onion slices, pickles and another bread. Serve with fries and enjoy.
