Ingredients for 8 people
peaches
raspberries
jello
whipped cream
graham crackers
butter
mint
Step 1/3
Cut the chilled Jello into small pieces and gently fold them into the whipped cream. Set aside.
Step 2/3
In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a pan to form an even crust. Pour the Jello and whipped cream mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly. Place the pan in the freezer and allow it to set until firm.
Step 3/3
Once set, garnish with peach slices, fresh raspberries, dollops of whipped cream, and mint. Serve and enjoy!
