Step 1/4

Make the ice cream by whipping the heavy cream and condensed milk. Add the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies. Allow to freeze overnight.

Step 2/4

Wrap Christmas baubles in cling wrap. Melt white chocolate and dye green part of the chocolate green. Dip the baubles in the chocolate and allow to set. Scrape with a fork, garnish with ice cream and close the balls. Decorate with dark chocolate and candies.

Step 3/4

Moisten the ice cream cones and put them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Fold the top of the cone and allow to dry. Dip the cone in the white chocolate (dyed red). Put a mini Marchhmallow for the pompom and burn a big Marchhmallow to make the outlines of the hat.

Step 4/4

Place the hat on top of the green bauble. Serve and enjoy!
