Step 1/2
Place the pizza dough on top of an egg carton lined with parchment paper and make indentations with the help of an egg. Sprinkle the Chefclub Pizza Spice Mix over the top, add mozzarella slices to the indentations in the dough, and cover with a second sheet of pizza dough. Pinch the edges of the dough together and bake in oven with the egg carton for 15 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 2/2
Place the baking tray on the pizza and turn it over. Remove the egg carton and the parchment paper. Brush the dough with an egg yolk and fill each well with tomato sauce. Lightly pat the pizza on the table. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and top with Chefclub Pizza Spice Mix. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place on top of the pizza. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 °F. Then add arugula, prosciutto, and chopped basil. Serve and enjoy!
