Make the caramel and pour over a bunch of bananas to make the caramel decoration.
Step 2/3
Place 3 layers of puff pastry sheets on top of the bananas. Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 3/3
Collect the flesh of the cooked bananas and place in the pastry sheets. Stick skewers into the chocolate ice cream to make popsicles. Pipe the whipped cream around the chocolate popsicles. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Layer 2 layers of pastry sheets and finish with the caramel decoration. Top with caramelized bananas. Enjoy!
