1,8 potato starch (flour)
5 drumsticks

Step 1/3
Cut the tendons on the drumsticks,remove the skin and lower the meat. Pass in the oil and spices. Brown in a pan with butter and beer. Put it in the foil with slices of potato and I close. Let it cook and inflate on a grill for 10 minutes.
Step 2/3
Make a puree with potato flour and chives. Wrap beer bottle with parchment paper. Pipe potato flour mixture around bottle and fry in hot until golden brown.
Step 3/3
Place chicken in potato spirals and pour cooking juices over everything. Serve and enjoy!
