Step 1/4
Stack the brownies and pour the bourbon over the brownies. Use a candy box to cut into a large heart shape.
Step 2/4
Scoop a little of each sorbet to create a marbled effect. Place on the brownie and reserve in the freezer.
Step 3/4
Pour chocolate into the heart shaped molds. Place in the fridge to set. Unmold, garnish with whipped cream, cherries and raspberry coulis. Close and set aside.
Step 4/4
Pace the chocolate hearts on and around the brownie. Create an arrow with either chocolate or paper cutouts. Serve and enjoy!
