Create a reversed "B" shape using spicy cream cheese on parchment paper. Craft a reversed "B" with herb-infused cream cheese on another parchment sheet. Shape a reversed "Q" using a blend of cream cheese and cheddar, on another sheet of parchment paper. Fill the gaps with plain cream cheese.
Step 2/3
Trim the upper part of the corn muffins and press them onto the cream cheese letters. Hollow out the reMayning muffins, then stuff them with pulled BBQ pork and cheddar. Bake until the cheese melts to perfection. Meanwhile, let the cream cheese letters cool in the refrigerator.
Step 3/3
Place the cream cheese letters atop the muffins with pulled BBQ pork, discarding the parchment paper. Serve up and enjoy!
