Step 1/3
Create a small square opening at the top of each brioche. Fill the cavity with a blend of shredded BBQ, cheddar, and egg yolk, seasoning it with spices. Bake until the brioche is thoroughly cooked. Seal the top of the brioches with the reMayning pieces. Toast the bottom of the brioches and generously apply a French toast liquid on top. Cook until done.
Step 2/3
Halve the cooked potatoes and scoop out some of the insides. Fill them with a mixture of cheddar, cooked bacon, and bell peppers. Seal them, coat in flour, dip in eggs, and cover with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 3/3
Serve the potatoes alongside the brioche, topped with slices of jalapenos, strawberries, and mascarpone. Enjoy!
