Immerse the steak in melted butter, herbs, and roasted garlic, allowing it to marinate for a few hours. Cook the steak on a hot grill.
Step 2/4
In a pan, cook the eggs, then place a cheesy tortilla on top. Add another tortilla layered with cheese atop the sliced steak.
Step 3/4
After flipping the egg tortilla, place the steak tortilla on top of it. Add a generous layer of refried beans, pico de gallo, and fresh herbs. Carefully roll all the ingredients together into a burrito.
Step 4/4
Wrap the burrito in bacon and cook on the grill until crispy. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with chives and serve with stuffed bell peppers. Enjoy!
