Step 1/4
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Lay the beef on a flat surface and place a sheet of parchment paper over it. Flatten the beef with a rolling pin. Make 5 holes in the beef with a straw and place in the freezer to set. Remove from freezer and coat with BBQ sauce.
Step 2/4
Place chopped onions of hot grill and pour some beef broth over them. Place the beef patties over the onions. Place cheddar over the beef patties. Allow to cook fully.
Step 3/4
Take the potatoes and cut out crinkle fries using a crinkle fry cutte. Add fat and bake until golden brown at 350°F.
Step 4/4
Take French fries and add melted cheddar on top. Add cooked bacon bits on the cheddar. Add the patties and onions to the buns. Serve the fries with the sliders and some salad dressing. Enjoy!
