Ingredients for 4 people

4 chicken breasts, flattened

4 ham slices

8 Swiss cheese slices

1 lb potatoes

2 cups bechamel sauce

Parsley

1 casserole dish


Step 1/3

Cover each chicken breast with a slice of ham and 2 slices of swiss cheese, then roll them up.

Step 2/3

Place the rolls in the casserole dish. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices and spread them around the rolls.

Step 3/3

Pour the béchamel between the potatoes and the rolls and bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
