Make the churro batter by boiling the water, butter and salt. Add the flour and mix quickly. Add the egg and put in a pipping bag.

Pip the dough into the hot oil. When they are golden brown, roll them in the sugar mixed with the food coloring and the pop rocks.

Melt the chocolates. In some of the white add some black food coloring to obtain the color gray. Make paper cones with the parchment paper and add the different chocolates. Place a picture of the lightsaber inside a plastic sheet protector and create the chocolate decorations. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and roll around the churros. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and remove plastic sheet protector. Serve and enjoy!
