1 pizza dough

1 shredded mozzarella
1 shredded cheddar

Step 1/3
Coat the exterior of the pizza dough with sesame seeds. Flatten the dough onto a level surface that has been dusted with flour. Using a sharp knife, create a star-shaped incision in the center of the dough. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the edges of the dough. Apply a layer of ricotta cheese, herbs, shredded cheddar, bell peppers, and caramelized onions onto the perimeter of the pizza dough. Cover the toppings by stretching the dough over them, forming a large circular ring.

Open the chicken breasts and coat them first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry the chicken breasts in hot oil until they turn golden brown. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and add salt to taste. Cover the chicken breasts with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and pepperoni slices.
Step 3/3
Place the pizza ring around the chicken and brush it with olive oil. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°F. Pipe the pizza dough with ricotta, sprinkle with basil, serve and enjoy!
