0,8 heavy cream

Step 1/2
Remove the pulp from an orange and place a the chocolate cake mix in the cavity. Put it on the grill and let it bake until it's ready. Beat the mascarpone until it turns into a chantilly and put it on top of the oranges. Press down with your finger to make holes in the whipped cream as shown in the video and add hazelnuts.
Step 2/2
Heat a spoon, place the sugar on the other half of the orange and press the spoon to make caramel discs. Remove them and set aside. With the reMayning orange, make a syrup. Pour it into the hollows of the cake, add the caramel discs on top and enjoy!
