Arrange tortillas on a flat surface. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and hot sauce over them. Fold them into a large rectangle and cover with two more tortillas and extra cheddar.

Using a small bowl and tins, shape a tortilla into a cowboy hat and place it on top. Bake until the cheese melts.
Step 3/3
Meanwhile, cook a flank steak with BBQ sauce. Remove the bowl and tins to reveal the tortilla hat. Decorate with a cheddar star and top with slices of steak, jalapeños, bell peppers, and lime slices. Serve and enjoy!
