Ingredients for 4 people

3,5 salmon

6,75 light cream

3 zucchinis

2 sweet potatoes

dill

salt & pepper

Step 1/3

Cube the salmon and mix with the cream. Season with chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Place this mixture in the casserole dish.

Step 2/3

Cook the zucchinis in boiling salted water, drain, and blend with salt and pepper. Peel the sweet potatoes, cook them in salted water, and mash with salt and pepper.

Step 3/3

Spread the blended zucchini on one half of the casserole dish and the sweet potato mash on the other half. Bale for 15 min at 350 °F. Remove from the oven and draw a dill star on the orange side and smoked salmon on the green side. Slice and enjoy!
