Warm the cream cheese and combine it with cinnamon and sugar. Drizzle this mixture over the slices of bread. Next, lay the cooked bacon slices on top of the bread and carefully roll everything together. Cut the roll into slices and toast on both sides. While doing this, cook some scrambled eggs on the side. Place the cream cheese glaze on the top of the roll, followed by a scoop of scrambled eggs, and finally, sprinkle with chives.

Slice the cinnamon rolls in half lengthwise and place them on the grill, pressing them to flatten. In a skillet, cook the tater tots and eggs until fully done. Place one of the cinnamon roll halves on top of the omelet and flip it over on a flat surface. Add crispy bacon, chives, and a drizzle of cream cheese glaze. Finally, cover with the other half of the cinnamon roll. Serve and enjoy!
