A refreshing snack!
2 kiwis
1 water
0,5 sugar
10 strawberries
20 raspberries
1 mango
1 pear
0,4 coconut milk
12 gelatin sheets
Step 1/2
Cut the fruits into pieces and cook them in separate pans. Mix the fruits, then pass them through a colander. Put the mixed fruits back in their saucepan and add two sheets of gelatin to each saucepan. Pour the different fruit coulis into the Chefclub chocolate mould. Refrigerate and allow to set before unmolding them.
Step 2/2
Mix 1 chef of water and 1 pig and 2 chicks of sugar to create a glaze. Unmold the fruit bites, then insert a skewer to form a lollipop. Dip them in the glaze and enjoy!
