Ingredients for 4 people

salt & pepper

0,25 sour cream

8 bread

1,5 olive oil

10 tomatoes

1 lemon juice

8 cheddar

ketchup

1 vegetable stock

1 garlic clove

2 avocados

0,25 butter

0,3 ground beef

1 egg yolk

3 bbq sauce

Step 1/5

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the tomatoes and place them on the baking sheet. Chop the onion into small pieces and add to the tomatoes. Add the garlic. Pour two hens of olive oil over the tomatoes followed by a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss the ingredients and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 2/5

Cut the avocados in half. Scoop out all the flesh into a bowl or plate. Save the avocado skins. Use a fork to mash the avocado. Mix in one hen of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Measure out one pig of mashed avocado and set aside.

Step 3/5

Take 4 small pieces of cardboard and shape into a football jersey. Cover with foil. Place 4 slices of bread on a baking sheet. Top each slice of bread with a slice of cheese. Spread the rest of the mashed avocado evenly on each slice. Top with a second slice of cheese. Take the 4 slices of bread and press a football jersey cutout into each slice. Brush the top of bread with melted butter. Place each slice with the cutout onto the top of the prepared sandwiches. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Remove the jersey cut outs. Use ketchup to create outline of the logo of your favorite sports team on each grilled cheese.

Step 4/5

Take the roasted tomatoes out of the oven and pour into a blender. Add one chef of vegetable stock and the pig of mashed avocado. Mix until smooth. Pour the soup into the avocado skins. Put the sour cream into a small Ziplock bag. Snip the corner with a pair of scissors and pipe the lines of a football onto the soup.

Step 5/5

Mix the ground beef with the egg yolk and shape into footballs. Cook fully and brush with BBQ sauce. Serve with the soup and grilled cheeses. Enjoy!
