Step 1/2
Mix together mozzarella, Italian herbs, and diced bell peppers. Form the mixture into a ball and create a hollow center, filling it with tomato sauce. Next, place the mozzarella ball on top of a stretched-out pizza dough, shaping it into a "bowling pin" to create the octopus's body. Roll out bottom of the dough and create strips to form the octopus's curly tentacles.
Step 2/2
Allow the dough to rise and brush with egg wash. Add slices of pepperoni to each tentacle and sculpt a mouth using a small piece of dough. Bake until golden. Add eyes using dollops of cream cheese and slices of black olives. Serve and enjoy!
