Step 1/2
Make a unicorn cake by sandwiching two slices of cake with buttercream and strawberry pieces. Coat the outside with buttercream. Cut slices to form the mouth, ear and horn. Use additional buttercream to create sections for the mane, horn, and ears on top. Use black icing for the eye.
Step 2/2
Mix hot water with different jello colors and add edible glitter. Pipe the rainbow-colored jello into the buttercream sections. Serve and enjoy!
