9 filo dough
0,66 lamb shoulder, cubed
1 onion, chopped
0,66 mozzarella, grated
3 egg
olive oil

Step 1/4
Brush the sheets of filo dough with melted butter and place them, 3 on top of each other, in the bowls.
Step 2/4
Place the lamb in the salad bowl and cover with olive oil. Add cumin and turmeric and let marinate for 1 hour in the fridge. Fry the marinated pieces of lamb in a frying pan with the chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 3/4
Add cooked lamb to the center of the bowls inside the filo dough, keeping a few pieces for later. Fold the center filo dough closed over the lamb.
Step 4/4
Place some grated mozzarella cheese between the other sheet of filo dough and break an egg in the middle. Add the reMayning pieces of lamb around it and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
