5 beef cheeks
2 cherry tomatoes

30 mini mozzarella balls

Step 1/2
Mix cooked beef cheeks with cherry tomatoes, 1 oz of parmesan and basil leaves. Garnish the lasagna sheets with the beef cheek mixture. Place mini mozzarella balls on top and sprinkle with parmesan. Place upright in a dish with bechamel and tomato sauce. Bake until done.
Step 2/2
Roll out the green pasta dough (which has been made with spinach) on a flat surface. Cut the edges in a zig zag. Garnish with ricotta and fold to shape your cactus. Make the pot with plain pasta dough. Cook in boiling water for 10 seconds and place on top of the cannelloni. Serve and enjoy!
