Step 1/2
Remove the tops of the string cheese with the paper clip, bent to remove the inner half circle. Cut the Slim Jim in half and press into the string cheese. Wrap each Slim Jim-stuffed string cheese in a slice of cheddar. Repeat until desired amount - you need 1 Slim Jim for every 2 string cheeses.
Step 2/2
Bread the string cheese in flour, then beaten eggs, then bread crumbs. Freeze the wrapped string cheese if you're having trouble getting the flour to stick. Place a skewer into each breaded mozzarella stick then place the skewer bottoms through the holes in a colander. Securing the sticks with a cube of potato on the other side. Fry in hot oil until golden brown then serve in the flipped over colander.
