Step 1/2
Create a cross hatch pattern with the bacon slices and place over the bottom of a skillet. Cut cheese slices and place over the bacon that is hanging over the edges. Roll up the bacon pieces. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place knives over the bacon and bake until crispy.
Step 2/2
Place the cooked mac & cheese inside the bacon basket. Cover with shredded mozzarella. Place in the oven until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and place cooked hot dogs on top of the mac & cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
