Put the ice cream cone in a steamer basket, then put the cone on a bowl to shape it.
Step 2/3
Add crushed ice in it. Sprinkle with raspberry and mango coulis; add cube of mango and raspberry on top; mint and reserve.
Step 3/3
On a piece of parchment paper; put lines of white chocolate and red chocolate. Make strokes with a comb. Cover with additional white chocolate and wrap around a wooden spoon to set. Serve with the granita and enjoy!
