Step 1/3
Use a paper clip to cut the hot dogs into thin strips and place them into a large bowl. Mix the eggs with the salt and pepper, then stir in the hot dog strips.

Use a heated, greased waffle iron to press and cook the hot dog and egg mixture into waffles.
Step 3/3
Melt the cheese and mix with beer. Pour the cheese over the waffles and enjoy!
