3 garlic cloves
3 chicken breasts
20 cherry tomatoes
2 large mozzarella balls

3 1/3 cups raw spinach
2/3 cup grated parmesan

Step 1/4
Spread olive oil and chopped garlic on slices of bread.
Step 2/4
Place chopsticks along side the chicken breast. Make slits on the chicken breast allowing the chopsticks to block from cutting all the way down. Add slices of mozzarella and chopped cherry tomatoes into the incisions. Season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 3/4
Place spinach leaves on the slices of bread, then stuffed chicken breasts. Place them on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle grated parmesan and bake for 30 minutes at 375 °F.
