1 mont d'or cheese

4 white wine
9 macaroni pasta
1 black truffle
1 bouillon cube
Step 1/2
Add the macaroni, bouillon with water, ham, chopped onion and sour cream to a pot. Cook until the pasta is done.
Step 2/2
Cut the Mont d'Or in half. Place half in the cheese container with parchment paper. Place the macaroni on top of the cheese and place the other half of the Mont d'Or on top. Cut a crosshatch on top of the cheese and insert the garlic. Place the rosemary and sprinkle with white wine. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Sprinkle with truffle shaving, serve and enjoy!
