Step 1/2
Spread a dollop of the chococolate mousse on the flat side of one cookie and top with another cookie. Pipe some caramel on top, dip in peanuts followed by melted chocolate. Allow to set.
Step 2/2
Pour peanuts into the bottle of Jack Daniel's and allow to infuse. Pipe some melted chocolate on the rim of the glass and stick a few peanuts on. Add some ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, pour in the infused Jack Daniel's and espresso. Shake well. Pour into the glass, top with whipped cream and crushed peanuts. Serve with the cookies and enjoy!
