3 slices Texas toast
12 slices bacon
3 eggs
1 tsp BBQ seasoning
1/4 onion
1 jalapeño

1 slice cheese
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar
1 tbsp ketchup

Step 1/3
Fold the foil lengthwise into a 2 inch strip, then form a square. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and line the entire surface with bacon slices as seen in the video. Pour in the eggs, barbecue seasoning, diced onion, and sliced jalapeños, then close the box by folding the bacon over the eggs. Bake 40 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 2/3
Meanwhile, cut a square out of the center of one piece of toast. Then butter the electric griddle and place the slice of toast with the hole and 2 slices of regular toast on the griddle and let brown. Place 1 slice of cheese on the griddle for a few seconds and after place it on one slice of toast. Top with the reMayning slice and the slice with the hole. Melt the shredded mozzarella and cheddar on the electric griddle and then place in the center of the toast stack.
Step 3/3
Remove the bacon box from the oven and brush generously with ketchup. Place in the center of the box, serve with salad, and enjoy!
