Step 1/4

Mix the flour with a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour the yeast with a glass of warm water. Allow to rest for 12 hours. Once ready, sprinkle it with flour to knead it.

Step 2/4

Flatten the center of the pizza dough, keeping a nice border, then place it on a baking sheet. Form the crust by folding in the edges with your thumbs. Pour the tomato sauce in the center, sprinkle with Chefclub pizza spice mix and add the smoked ham.

Step 3/4

Place the mozzarella between two wooden spoons then make incisions at regular intervals (leaving spaces). Turn the mozzarellas over and repeat the process, making incisions offset from the first ones. Garnish with tomato and basil leaves in the spaces on each side of the mozzarella. Cut the mozzarella in half and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.

Step 4/4

Place the mozzarella on the pizza, sprinkle with Chefclub pizza spice mix and bake for 15 minutes at 390°F. Serve and enjoy!
